About the Artist
Artist Bio
After receiving her B.S. degree in horticulture from the University of Florida with an emphasis in natural science illustration, Lynda was employed as an illustrator at both the state and federal level. Her overall portfolio spans many venues including scientific publications, murals, stained glass design and commissioned paintings.
After living in Florida for 30 years, Lynda now resides in Harrisonburg, Virginia, with her husband Craig. She enjoys working in their garden which include vegetables, fruit and wildlife friendly perennials. Living in the Shenandoah Valley offers inspiration for her current art work.
